Shipping costs

No worries about extra costs! We fully cover shipping costs for all orders. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required.

Delivery time of your order

After you have found the perfect product on our website, of course we want you to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Processing time

Once your order is placed, we need 1-3 working days to process it. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within one working day, but if you order on a Friday or weekend, it may take a little longer.

Track & Trace Information

After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail with your personal track & trace code within a few days. With this code, you can track your order via our Track & Trace page. More information can be found on our Track & Trace page.

Defective product?

That is very annoying! Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged during transport. In that case, we always send a new parcel the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Should it happen a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.

Delays and rush

Like many other webshops, we sometimes experience high order pressure, which can lead to delays. Please take this into account when placing your order. We will do our utmost to ship your order as soon as possible.

Cancelling

Once you place an order, it is automatically processed by our system. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to cancel the order.

How to order?

The ordering process with us is very simple. You must first go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button.

It is important to check that you have selected the right variants. If everything is correct, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. On the information page, enter the correct shipping address. Make sure all details are correct. Once this information has been entered correctly, you can click the ‘Proceed to Shipping’ button.

On the ‘Shipping’ page, you will have the opportunity to check the entered shipping address again. Here it is also confirmed that all shipments are sent completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the ‘Proceed to payment’ button.

Under payment options, you can choose from several payment methods. On our website, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment:

Lost parcel?

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new parcel before proceeding with a refund or return. If the package has not been received 60 days after shipment, it may be considered lost and refunded.
