Once your order is placed, we need 1-3 business days to process it. Orders placed on weekdays are processed within one business day, but if you order on a Friday or during the weekend, it may take a bit longer.

Defective Product?

That’s very unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. In that case, we always send a new package the first time and unfortunately cannot provide a refund. If it happens a second time, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Delays and High Volume

Like many other online shops, we sometimes experience high order volumes, which may lead to delays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellation



Once you place an order, it is automatically processed by our system. Unfortunately, this means it is not possible to cancel the order.

How to Order

The ordering process with us is very simple. You must first go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. Click the "Add to Cart" button to do this.

It is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the information page, you need to enter the correct shipping address. Make sure all details are accurate. Once this information is correctly entered, you can click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you have the opportunity to double-check the entered shipping address. It also confirms that all shipments will be sent completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with a refund or return. If the package has not been received 60 days after shipment, it can be considered lost and refunded.
